Err Code 553

After mercifully being absent for some months this has returned when replying to incoming BT Mail messages.

It is frustrating that in order to  get my reply out to include the original message I have to copy and paste and send it via G Mail !!

Can somebody please explain this?  Is this a BT censorship guru who  has a weird idea of what is unsafe?

Or a program that hooks on certain key words and blocks transmission?

A powerful incentive to scrap BT Mail and rely on G Mail.
