Error code BTP-15990

Hi there I have an error code BTP-15990 and cant access the bt player . I have seen other people with the same problem get help and a solution with this from a technician. I have tried all usual solutions so can anyone help please ?

Go to solution
This usually means you don't have a BT TV subscription on your BT Broadband connection. Do you have one?
