Error code - id153 on PS4???

Getting code-id153 error message when trying to login to BT sport in my PS4, any idea why?

It means we can't find an active/valid BT Sport subscription on your account. Check out the steps at www.bt.com/help/id003 to make sure your profile is configured correctly.
