Hi,
Have a new Essential Phone. Recorded a test message on the answering machine, deleted it and tried to record another.
Now says message box full and can't record more. Have tried deleting from the base station and handset. Icon on handset isn't the message box full one. Tried unplugging, batteries out for 10 minutes before resetting. Still can't record messages. Any ideas.

Thanks for your reply. Tried their number which doesn't seem to be functioning at the moment. They play a recorded message which says no one available to talk to because of COVID. Send an email and we'll try and reply at some point. Hoped someone here might have had a solution, but will email BT
