I am very keen to pass my sincere thanks on to the Customer Service agent who I can with complete confidence say has provided me with the best customer service experience, ever, from any organisation. Her persistence in getting my severe and seemingly intractable problems resolved was more than a relief and I really don't want her efforts to pass unnoticed. All I can find is a link to follow to make a complaint, I'm looking for the opposite. Can someone help please?
