Extra Box Subscription

Hi

I recently took out a subscription for Extra Box. All of the subscription channels are working on both boxes but for some reason I am getting an error code on the second box when trying to watch BT Sport channels. 

I'm not happy about this because I am paying for a service that I am not receiving in full. I pay for the VIP package along with extra box. The error code is BTP-16500 and it states that I have too many BT TV boxes connected to my broadband when I only have two. 

Can somebody please look into this for me please? Thanks.

Hi @Moonlighter33, the TV team believes they have fixed the issue. Please can you test again and let me know if it's working ok for you now?

For info the BT Sport Ultimate channel can only be viewed on one box only at a time.
