I have got FTTP installed last Friday (21-08-2020) but its not connecting. The openreach engineer said it would be connected in 2 hours, it has been 6 days since the install and still not connected, trying to call BT but never get through, spoke to bt via twitter and they were supposed to phone me but no call. Dont know what to do as my bt account says my order is open and not completed, A bad service from BT as I have no idea when I am meant to be connected.
