That’s the old CSP. Openreach have stopped installing them now.
Here’s the new one. Comes in one colour, Grey and is 6 inches squared and about 1 1/2 inches depth.

Were you eventually successful in getting BT to fit the new fibre in the duct you installed?
Only ask as I have recently fitted a duct from pole to house for the fibre when I eventually get it. Current copper cable is armour cable just dug in to drive way.
Hope you were successful as will just refuse the service if they try to provide it overhead.
