I've recently upgraded from BT FTTC broadband to FTTP with an expected speed of 150Mbps and a stay fast guarantee of 100Mbps. Before the upgrade, I was getting download speeds of around 60Mbps but since the upgrade, this has now dropped to 30-40Mbps.
I contacted BT online and did their speed check which alleges my hub has the correct speed of 150Mbs however all other speed tests including BT wholesale state I'm getting 30-40Mbps.
I have tried removing all other devices from the network and plugging my pc directly into the Smarthub via ethernet and there is no improvement.
Can anyone advise how I can escalate this?
