FTTP Smart Hub Tips

Go to solution

I've recently moved house and got FTTP (fibre 250) and a smart hub. I was wondering generally what tips and good-to-know things i should do with the SH settings? I see a lot of recommendations to turn off smart set up, so just looking for any other knowledge nuggets like that to help with performance and stability.

If it helps i will use it only over wifi to start with, but in the coming weeks will be utilising the built-in network points around the home to hardwire my PC, games console and TV (i assume these work like powerline adaptors without needing the adaptor).

Thanks in advance!

There are no other tips

They are just long Ethernet patch leads.

Thanks in advance!

The Asus RT AX88U seems a popular choice.
