FTTP availability

Fibre has been installed down our road and to our complex of 5 properties. When I go on to order FTTP it’s not showing as available even though at next doors property you can. The overhead cable comes to one pole and then distributed underground to the 5 properties. Should I contact openreach or BT? Thanks
