I think you need to contact openreach   https://www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband/community-fibre-partnerships/how-to-apply-for-a-cfp

You will need to investigate that with Openreach or another fibre provider, not BT retail.

Good luck, MDU’s are Openreaches biggest pain in the asre when it comes to deploying FTTP.
