Spoke to BT on the phone. Order has not been updated and neither has the openreach side. Im to ring back after 6pm or tomorrow morning for update

Update!
surveyor has been out and openreach have said there will be a charge of £1015 if they dig the trench to install the ducting to the property
i cannot believe it. BT said there is never normally a charge so they are trying to find out why but openreach not being very helpful
