I’ve got a problem with my home WiFi which has honestly been a head scratcher.
Problem: Broadband is fast on only one computer in the household, every other device the internet is slow (0.02 Mbps).
At first, I thought the computer with the fast internet was perhaps hogging the bandwidth for some reason. But the issue still persists even when this computer is turned off.
The problem has only just occurred about 5 days ago, before this, the internet would normal speed on every device. With the devices with slow internet, it doesn’t happen constantly. They can go a few hours where the internet speed is normal then it suddenly drops to the point where it’s unusable.
Things I’ve tried:
The computer in the household with good internet is also furthest away from the router in the house.
Any idea what’s causing this issue?

Hey there,
tried all those options and none of it has made a difference.
Make sure you have turned off "smart setup" on the Homehub.
See link how to do that.
