Problem accessing site on BT which works on other ISPs?

Is there a problem with yupoo.com when accessing from BT?

The site works fine when using a mobile (not BT) and from desktop when using vpn or a different DNS, but from BT it doesnt resolve the host.

Is there an issue with the BT DNS or is the site blocked on BT?
