Faults on previously fixed line following cable strike

Need help on how to get an engineer out quickly to re-fix service outage. Services to 16 houses were knocked out on Tuesday and fixed Tuesday evening following cable strike. 2 houses at least out today.  One resident is severely disabled and has lifeline on her BT phone
