Fibre Broadband
I currently pay for Fibre Broadband but the fibre is only to the main box, the wire is on an overhead cable but this is not fibre.
How are they able to charge for Fibre when its not in to the property? Does anyone else have the same issue?

Re: Fibre Broadband
Why can an overhead cable not be fibre? Is it FTTP you have or FTTC? If by main box you mean cabinet then it is FTTC and is sold as such.

Re: Fibre Broadband
The cables have never been updated, yes its FTTC but still there should be a way of getting the fibre to the house as it never runs smoothly

Re: Fibre Broadband
Openreach are in the process of rolling out FTTP. It is a huge project and will obviously take time.
