Hi
My phone line has been moved from an exchange only to going through a cabinet. The cabinet is fibre enabled and there are spare ports, but when I speak to 150 they say I can’t get fibre.
Engineers insist I can get it but I’m unable to order it. Line was moved months ago so the systems should have been updated.
Any advice on how I can order it?
