Hi Everyone
have tried contacting BT over the phone and also open reach via email and don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
We are farmers so poor broadband has been an issue for a long time, we recently renovated a property on a new farm that was left empty for 3 years, during the renovation period fibre to the property was fitted to neighbouring properties but on our property because nobody was living there they fitted it until the last pole by the house and terminated it in a junction box, 12 months later a storm brought a branch down and broke the fibre cable. We have now moved into the property and asked BT to sort the phone line and fibre for the property through our business account, they firstly told us that a copper line had to be fitted first which was fine, the engineer said he would be back to fix the fibre line. That never happened and now when we speak to BT they deny any knowledge of fibre being available. Current speeds are 0.2mbps pretty pathetic. It’s so frustrating as we can see fibre on the pole but can’t contact anyone to help
how do we speak to someone sensible about how to get this sorted?

As a business user you need to post here as this is a residential forum.

This is the BT Residential customer forum.
As a business user you will need to post your issue on the BT Business forum.

Bear in mind that its Openreach not BT that provide the network, so unless you have an active BT Business account, Openreach will not be interested.
You could try the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787 but not sure if they deal with business lines.
As @imjolly says, the correct forum for you is the BT business forum.
It may have to be a FTTPoD (Fibre On Demand), which would involve large installation charges.
It’s definitely not fibre on demand as it was fitted to all properties in the area
