First BT Email Address not Primary ID

My BT ID is my personal Email Address (own domain) but I would like to create a test BT Email address. If I create my first BT Email address can I prevent it becoming my BT ID?

You can create an email address and it will not become your BTID unless you make it your BTID.

The reason I am hesitating is I don't want it associated with my BT ID.

It will be associated with your BTID in order that you can manage it, however, it won't become your BTID.
