Full Fibre Install

Hi, I had full fibre 900 install yesterday after a bit of hassle when the first engineer didn't show for the appointment time. A second engineer came out in the afternoon & carried out the install but when he left I don't have working fibre as the PON light on the openreach modem keeps flashing green. The engineer said it should go solid green within 15 minutes but an issue with nokia meant it was taking much longer & would eventually go solid green on its own. 

The lights still flashing this morning & my gut feeling is that this isnt going to fix itself, I'm not sure how to go about getting this fixed, is it likely to fix itself or has something been messed up with my install/activation ?
