Full Fibre - Old Copper Line?

As an update, I spoke to 0800 587 4787 and ordered Fibre 500.  They have confirmed copper + phone stay as present with just new fibre install.  Its being installed later this week, we will see what happens..

i was confused by the 2 cables in the pictures

Installed yesterday, new fibre into the house.  Copper line left alone with voice service remaining on it and all working fine.  😀
