I placed an order online for Full Fibre broadband yesterday (stupidly didn't take the order number down) and it didn't show under my orders neither did I get an email. Just did it again (kept the order number this time) and it's still not showing? Any ideas?

I had this issue due to a data integrity issue on my account. There were reminents of an old order which needed to be cleared by a back office team before my order would go through
