Full user guide for XD56 landline

I received a quick guide with my phone.

It stated that a full user guide is available online at - bt.com/product help.

Sorry, but if it is, I can't find it. I just keep getting sent to the quick start guide which I already have.

I want to know if the received calls list can be deleted.

And, just a mention - the five ring tones available are pathetic. And they all sound very tinny.🙄

Help would be appreciated.

Have you tried the links on this page?

Note that, confusingly, the "user guide" link links to what appears to be a quick start guide whereas the "quick start guide" link links to a user manual.

Hi @Whippet welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having trouble finding the user guide. It appears the quick user guide and full guide links on the bt.com site have been mixed up, I'll get that fed back to the bt.com team.

In the meantime, you'll be able to get the full XD56 user guide on this link.

@Whippet no problem, I've highlighted this to the BT.com team pointing out that the links for the user guides are mixed up so hopefully that will be sorted soon.
