Good evening - I'd just like to say thanks very much.
I reported a fault on my landline and slow broadband yesterday (Saturday). I spoke to a helpful chap, Owen, in Dublin (I think) who ran some tests, recorded the fault and arranged for a mini hub to be sent out. But today an engineer arrived at lunchtime - Ian Sivaratnam - who identified the fault with a cable outside the house, fixed it and reset the broadband in under 30 mins. So landline is fixed and broadband is back to a decent speed.
While I'm the first to moan about dodgy customer service it's refreshing to report the opposite. Thank you very much Owen and Ian.
