@imjolly advice is sound. We need some basic information such as speed test / quiet line test results. Can you give us your set up information? Are you connected wireless or wired? Are you on an extension or direct to the main socket? Give us as much detail as you can and we'll try to help.

I've been with you more than a year, the service has never been reliable, I've had so many engineers tweaking a wire, pushing a button, holding me on hour long phone calls while they try to do something, nothing's worked, I just want out but I'm stuck, I'm one very unhappy customer who has read all your laws and charters and you sure don't provide the service outlined in those legal documents,
