Halo Fibre 250

I have Halo fibre 250 with 1 wifi disc. I find that any devices that need to be on the same wifi network will not work . I get a message telling me that one device needs to be on the same wifi network as the other. I have disabled 5.0g at the router. I assume it has something to do with the addition of the wifi disc but the router and disc are the same SSID.

Anyone able to help please?

Hi @seasidave, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are getting this message after you set up the wifi disc.  Try setting up again How Do I Connect My Smarthub 2 And Wifi Disc and see if the problem persists.

Hi John, thanks for your reply. I have reset the disc as per the link you provided and I no longer get the message as before.
