I have just bought a BT3560 answer machine single handset base and have registered my 3 old BT2000 handsets to the new base. All is well except every time there is an incoming call all my BT2000 handsets then ask me to reset the date/time, and until I do this the handset is unuseble. Any ideas?

Hi @WendyRI, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are getting asked to reset the time/date after each incoming call. I've had a look at the BT3560 and BT2000 help pages and the product help desk is the same for each of these phones. It would be best to get in touch with them the contact details are available in the links above and they'll be able to help you.
