High Ping Spikes when gaming

I'm having high ping spikes I pay for around 64mbps download and 20 uploads but my ping is so high when I play games it will be around 30ms then randomly spike up to around 100-1000ms I am using ethernet straight from the hub and have been getting this problem for a long time now

Same issues ! 3 days in a row now. I also had it arund feb/March - then they fixed it, but said they didn't do anything.

I have done some research, they have had issues for over a year now.
