Hi
for the last few days I have been unable to connect to my BT free view box , or my smart TV , and am also having problems losing connection with my Nest radiator controller. I believe it could be the router causing these problems as have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions re the BT review box that I’ve found here in The community chat.
Nothing has changed recently re TV or router and all the cables haven’t been touched. It’s odd it’s the Smart TV and Neat controller too.

You didn't describe your setup but the obvious thing to do would be to switch off and disconnect the nest and (if it's not already) connect the freeview box to the BT Hub to see if that cures the problem
