How do I get a thank you passed on to a BT engineer

Hi,

Our son was out on a walk today and fainted. A BT engineer stopped to help and made sure our son got back to his home safety. I would like to pass on thanks but unfortunately He didn’t get the engineers name. I have some more details, location, etc that might help identify the engineer but I rather “pm” them.

Can anyone help.
