Do you mean DLM reset? In general, you can't without a visit from an Openreach engineer who positively clears a fault. Why do you think you need it?
I have posted a few threads about my latency increasing and that if interleaving has been switched on then only a DLM reset can resolve this

Not a chance. DLM is an automatic process, if it thinks interleaving is required then it will impose interleaving. A reset will do nothing, DLM will just re-instate it.
