How do i get a wifi disc

Hi

i have halo 2 fibre  but due to one family member now working at home and having to do meetings via zoom .  He is reporting that he is have a lag in the speed and also on his xbox.  This seems to be  in only one bedroom that has this problem. I’m i entitled to get a wifi disc to help?

If you have Complete Wi-Fi you would of been provided with a Smart Hub 2 and disc, if not then you would need to upgrade or purchase the equipment.

Best bet is to google  "Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System" and see what turns up

I’m thought that if i was having broadband problems a 4g mini hub could be provided with fibre halo 2.  Is this different to the wifi disc?

The 4G hub is a temporary replacement for keeping you in service during a fault condition
