I changed to a Now TV entertainment package. I was told it would be done by Mon 13th. The order is still open and I don't have access to Now TV. How long does it typically take?

Hi @brianalexander, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are still waiting for your Now order to complete. Has the order been completed since you posted and all is working for you? If not it would be best to call and speak with our orders team and they'll be able to get the order moving or replaced.
