How to convert existing mobile sims into family sim?

I have 3 mobile sims on my BT account, I would like to put them into a family sim plan, 

two of the three are rolling contracts, the other finishes in October I believe

how do I do this?

Do I create a family sim account with one account and then add these existing accounts?
