I have moved home and my service was re-activated yesterday, when I plugged it all in it was flashing purple. I’ve left it over night to make sure it wasn’t still updating until the specified midnight time, but it is still flashing purple. All cables are plugged in as shown on the help pages and videos
Is there any way to check if there’s a fault on the line? Troubleshooting and diagnostics show that the broadband is working fine

Plug a phone into the socket. Do you get a dial tone? Dial 17070, is the number you hear correct?
