We got the activation text a while ago (around an hour) but the hub's still flashing pink/purple. The Broadband cable is connected to the mastersocket and to the hub (Smart Hub 2.0). Any idea what could be the reason?
It can take up to midnight on day of activation to get connected
Is your phone line working, can you get dial tone?
Your broadband will be delivered over your phone line so the first basic test is to checke with a landline phone to see if you have a dial tone
