Hi, so if I pull out the internet cable from the Bt Smart 2 Hub the Hybride connect does not provide any internet, the settins appear that no mobile IP address is set up for it..

Hi I was told the hybrid connect doesn't give a Wifi signal its only a 4g connection which kicks in if your main broadband goes down.

BUT your wifi still functions.

no internet connection at all whilst on the hybrid connect - so nothing works! 😞

followed all that got a steady blue light and two bars, so if then i unplug the internet from the smart hub the hybrid connect does not connect to G4 EE, it does nothing at all blue bar flashes and then all 3 flash then steady blue and so on

BT - Setting up Hybrid Connect
See : "The Hybrid Connect device works best when it’s attached to a Smart Hub with an Ethernet cable. But it can connect to the hub without it. So if you’ve set up Hybrid Connect and your 4G signal isn’t strong enough, it’s time to try moving your device to another location. Your Hybrid Connect device will then connect to your Smart Hub using wi-fi."
