Hybrid Connect

I was using  Hybrid connect and a Smart hub before my broadband was installed. Worked perfectly. Until BT cancelled the order. The order was redone and a new Hybrid Connect and Smart Hub arrived.

Now it won't work and access the 4G network in advance of broadband installation, as it should. The hub should in those circs be solid purple and the H Connect show its 4G signal bars white. The hub is flashing purple and the H Connect central light is blue and showing one 4G bar in blue and I have no wi-fi.

I have literally spoken to a dozen people at BT and they are completely clueless, some of whom are totally unfamiliar with their products.  None has a solution. I have had to buy a £50 mobile myfi from vodaphone which unlike the BT product actually works.

Over to you guys...any solutions

I have got this exact same issue. Worked completely fine when first delivered, after a week whilst waiting for my broadband set up I get a flashing purple on the hub and solid blue on the hybrid connect
