my hybrid connect is showing blue but the smart hub is showing organge. I am in area which still dont have fibre broadband setup and scheduled for 20th. They sent me this additional hybrid connect device which I connected with the hub through ethernet as instructed. However not getting the internet. Any ideas?

Hi John, thanks for responding, I was able to get connected in the end but the speed is extremely slow, when it started it wasnt bad like 2Mbps download but then it went worse to almost nothing. Any suggestions regarding speed?
