Can I use my hybrid connect even though I’m not with EE ?

The Hybrid Connect is only a backup 4G modem which happens to use the EE network. It could be any network, it doesn’t matter. Your contract is with BT. The fact that BT are telling us that they use the EE network is simply so we can check the network coverage in our areas.
