I need to reboot my homehub for smart tv internet connection to work

Hi folks,

I have two identical model (installed same-day) Sony smart tvs in the house - each with a wired ethernet connection to the homehub(6).

One tv works fine and has no connection issues. The other tv constantly loses internet connection. However, the connection is instantly restored if I reboot the homehub.

This is a pain and a mystery.

Anyone had a similar issue and fixed it?

If they are both wired into the router,  try swapping the Ethernet ports, so TV 1 is plugged into the Ethernet socket TV2 was plugged into  , and vice versa , if the issue moves to the other TV it suggests the router, if the same TV continues to have issues , that suggests the TV itself is  the issue
