I know many people have posted before regarding the matter, but i cant find any other way to resolve the issue.
I can't log into the BT sport app even though i have just renewed my contract where it allows me access to BT sport for mobile and it is coming up with the ID003 error.
Any help would be appreciated

My mobile package is with BT not EE.
I am the account holder, when i go to my products it asks me to add BT sport and then says i have to pay for the package.
It says i have an order which is uncomplete, but when i go onto my previous orders it says all are complete.
OK. Please send me a DM with your BT account number so that I can take a look - if an order has become stuck then it'll prevent you progressing any further orders.
