IPC6023 Since fftp upgrade

Hi all since ugrading my broadband to fttp i have had the common IPC6023 error on all subscribed channels.

Tried ont,hub resets hub is ethernet connected is this something on BT side that needs looked at?

Hi @colin2611 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry that you're getting the IPC6023 error on your subscription channels.

Can you follow the guidance on this link to reset the ONT and post back to let me know if that helps?

Thanks for the reply had a call from bt today they had to configure something so its now up and running again.
