Importing email

Hi all,

I'm trying to add my fathers account to mine to give him access to the premium features.

I'm getting the error below. Any ideas?

Are you getting that error message when you click the import email button or after you have entered the details of the email address you wish to import?

One of the things you must do, which some people miss,  is to have an email account already set up on your broadband account otherwise the import will not work.
