Does BT have any INTERNATIONAL TEXT packages that include at least 3000 INTERNATIONAL TEXTS for mobile? Or, any add-on package for TESTING ABROAD?

No, you can get a data roaming pack for if you're abroad but not for calls/texts unless you use WhatsApp or similar.
"at least 3000 INTERNATIONAL TEXTS" - seems excessive mind.
