got this again so this bt unbreakable broadband which uses the 4g ee network do you pay extra for it and how mutch and why is our Internet down so often
Your internet connection going down is nothing to do with BT Retail but caused by a problem on openreach network.
You need to add on a Halo package which you should see by going to MYBT. Or phoning options team 0800800030 and see what you can negotiate
