Is my contract 5G enabled?

I had got a family contract for my partner and I back in November 2019, am on BT Broadband/TV and BT Halo and have recently upgraded our phones to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Question I have, with the current contract that we have are we already enabled for 5G at all or will we have to re-contract to get it?

Hi @NiGhT_RaVeN13 welcome to the community and thanks for the post. 5G wasn't included back when you're contract started. If you get in touch with our Mobile sales team on 0800 800 150  they'll be able to discuss your options.

If it wasn't a 5G plan when you signed up for it then just ring them and ask for it to be enabled, you don't have to change plan  or pay extra.
