My wife is having some issues porting her number from Vodafone.
The port seemed to go ahead as planned on Friday but over the weekend calls and messages stopped coming through to her new phone and we’ve just switched on her old phone and everything is as if she had never left Vodafone. Calling her number goes through to Vodafone but calling the temporary BT number gets a message that it is not possible to connect!
Called BT today and got straight through and was told that there was an issue agent recognised already and to expect a call today - but that call hasn’t come! Any suggestions on solving this appreciated!
Hi @JonGD Thanks for posting, I'm really sorry about the number port issue experienced when your wife was transferring her number to BT mobile.
If you still need help with this I'd recommend getting in touch with the BT mobile helpdesk as it will need a mobile specialist to resolve.
