Issues with Premium Phone Answerphone not disconnecting

For the past couple of months I've been using BT Premium Phone with 3 handsets. I've just recently moved house and am having the same issue of the answerphone not disconnecting so that the memory is full and anyone calling me gets an engaged tone.  I've also had an issue whereby the screen says that "..." is leaving a message and the only way to clear either of these problems is to unplug the phone.  It's happening with a variety of numbers, landline and mobile, and is causing issues as I use my landline for my work.  I see that others have experienced this issue as well but has anyone found a fix for it please?

Hi @sarahjenkins999 I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with the answerphone on your BT Premium phone. I'd recommend getting in touch with the help desk for assistance with this.
